Lastly you want to make sure you are able to treat the discoloration of the stain as well. The best way to do that is to use a water and vinegar mix and apply it to a clean cloth. Then use the cloth to dab at the spot and remove the stain. You may need to repeat the process over to ensure that you remove all the color.
